Peaks and Valleys more Peaks

When our new VP started here at work his first speach was full of the metaphore saying that our work was going to be a series of peaks and valleys, well so far (just like mountain climbing) we seem to have come to a few "False summits" its getting pretty old.

In better news, remeber when I was complaing about the snow on friday? Well to celebrate that snow Wolf Creek opened back up and a bunch of friends and I went up. Well let me tell ya, Skiing in 12" of fresh on April 30 is not too bad of an idea. Although I had already stored all my ski gear away it was well worth the effort too pull it all out again. We spent ALL day hiking the knife ridge and dropping 6-8' cornices onto super steep terrain wiht lots of soft snow. What more can you ask for? The next day I had a perfect "Racoon Eyes" sunburn on my face and every muscle in my body was sore. Awesome!! Given my contition I had a great Geek out day on sunday. I watched episodes of Star Trek, I played hours of World of Warcraft, and did absolutely nothing else (well I did do my laundry, but that isn very involved.)
