Quick Bits

I have two quick little bits to let you guys know today..

1. I got my first Comment Spam!! That must mean Im a real blogger now! I deleted it already so unless you saw it over the weekend you all missed out.. too bad.

2. Remember my shameless plug? yea Ill do it again, my friend Lauren has decided (with only a little encouragment from me) to publish his book as a Podcast as well.
