Its real, and I wont admit what it is untill I get at least a few guesses..
Well since the pucture is really crappy it is hard to see..
It is a computer chip with all sorts of wires and circuts on it.
I say it's not a tat at all, but tire treads left over from a high-school keg gone wrong.
